Enabling works on Secondary School Construction project. The site was previously under Construction by a Main Contractor who ceased operations due to company bankruptcy. This project was commissioned to deliver the following headline scope pending award of subsequent contact to complete the works. Enabling project included the following headline items:
- Removal of existing scaffolding installations
- Closing all open building opes with hoarding
- Site wide clean up and re-organisation
- Installation of drainage pipelines
- CCTV survey of all completed underground services
- Temporary Works Design & Installation of temporary propping systems to make structural members safe
