Engage Construction have acted as package contractor to ESS Modular in this modular build project which will deliver additional capacity to Mallow General Hospital for the Health Services Executive. Scope featured the following aspects:

Diversion of existing underground gravity and pumped services to clear footprint of proposed building
Bulk excavation to formation across site
Installation of piling mat for foundation piling
Structural package including construction of basement level, ground beams, retaining walls, ground and suspended floor slabs
